Avery joined our program in October 2024 from Cascade Standard Poodles, bred by Deanna Willingham. She quickly became one of those dogs who just fits into our family and feels like she’s always been here!
Avery has a wonderful temperament and is incredibly easy to live with. She’s medium energy with medium drive and prey drive, and she’s just as happy going to events or claiming her spot on the couch. She loves our kids, loves people, has a fantastic recall, and is one of the most affectionate dogs in our house. Personal space is optional according to Avery, and if there’s Muenster cheese involved, she’ll happily do just about anything.
She’s 24 inches tall and approximately 48 pounds.
Avery has also been a lot of fun for our girls to show. She’s an easy, dependable Juniors dog who genuinely enjoys being in the ring and working with them.
In UKC, Avery has earned her Grand Championship and is currently working toward her Emerald Grand Championship. At the 2026 UPA Regional Specialty, she was awarded Best of Breed and Reserve Best in Specialty Show.
While we love everything Avery has accomplished, what we appreciate most about her is her temperament, biddability, and ability to produce those same qualities in her puppies. She’s the kind of Poodle we enjoy living with every day.
