Show Home Requirements

All of my show home/ breeding prospects are sold as co-owns until titling and health testing requirements are met.

Co-owns are the same price as my pet/performance homes.

Titling required:

*AKC Championship or UKC Grand Championship (or UKC Championship with two medium or higher performance levels).

Health Testing requirements:

*OFA CHIC with results posted publicly

*Genetic Panel including Day Blindness, PRARCD4 (these aren’t included in embarks panels and needs to be ordered separately)

*Diversity through Betterbred/UC Davis

Other requirements:

*No doodling/merle or mixed breeding. This includes the co-owner using dogs that are offered to make doodles I’m their own program, breeding to doodle programs, and selling to non purebred poodle programs.

*No breeding under 2 years of age.

*Willing to work together to decide on a stud for a females first litter, and allowing me to buy a puppy (second pick after co-owners first pick). If the co-own is a male, allowing me to have 1 free stud service to a female of my choice (I would be responsible for collection, shipping etc).

*Give regular updates.

There are no deadlines for titling. I feel it’s best to work with the dog in front of you, and I understand that there are life events and set backs we can’t control. I’ll always be supportive. My co-owns success, is my success. If there’s anything I can do to help, I’m always happy to do what I can.
